Yes, we offer a full range of kosher menu options, including meat, dairy (milky), fish, and dairy-free menus. More importantly, we don’t just “offer options” — we work closely with your rabbi and venue requirements first, to make sure everything is fully aligned and approved before the menu is finalised.
Regarding drinks, do you allow BYOB or provide full bar service?
We offer both options, depending on what you prefer.
- Full bar service includes professional bartenders, full setup, and glassware.
- BYOB is also available, and we can still provide staff, bar setup, and service.
This gives you flexibility while keeping everything running smoothly on the day.
Do you offer full hire services (from basic to luxury setups)?
Yes, we provide complete event hire solutions tailored to your vision. From simple, elegant setups to fully styled luxury experiences, we can arrange furniture, tableware, bar setups, and styling elements, all coordinated as part of a seamless service.
Do you provide bar service as part of your offering?
Yes, bar service is fully integrated into what we do. Whether it’s part of a full-service event or a standalone addition, we make sure everything runs smoothly with professional bartenders, efficient service flow, and a setup that fits your event perfectly.
Do you ensure the kitchen is left clean and tidy after service?
Absolutely. We work to professional standards and always make sure the kitchen and service areas are left clean, organised, and in excellent condition after the event.
Do you restack and organise hired furniture after the event?
Yes, we take care of all post-event organisation. All hired items are restacked and placed in a designated area, following venue requirements, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
Do you remove and take away food waste after the event?
Yes, we can manage food waste removal when required. If the venue has specific waste policies or additional charges, we will coordinate this with you in advance so everything is handled clearly and without surprises.
Do you cater for or host corporate events?
Yes, we cater for both private and corporate events. From small, high-end gatherings to larger corporate functions, we bring the same level of planning, service, and attention to detail.
Do you offer strictly kosher events?
Yes — and with full confidence. We provide strictly kosher catering certified under the Sephardi Kashrut Authority, delivered seamlessly through our sister company, Tova London Catering & Events Ltd., A mashgiach (kosher supervisor) is present throughout the entire cooking process, ensuring the kitchen remains sterile, ingredients are checked, and food is never handled by unsupervised staff.

My name is Kushan, and I’m the founder of Cacao Catering.
I came to the UK over 20 years ago with a passion for food and a simple goal — to build something of my own. After years in professional kitchens, I realised it was never just about the food. The moments I remembered most were the ones where people came together, celebrated, and truly enjoyed the experience.
That’s why I started Cacao. From the beginning, it was about more than catering. It was about creating events where everything feels right — the food, the atmosphere, the service — so our clients can relax and enjoy their day, knowing their guests are taken care of. Over the years, we’ve grown across London and have been honoured with awards for both luxury catering and value. But what matters most to us is the trust our clients place in us, especially within the Jewish community, where understanding traditions and details is essential.
